Twirly Skirt

I used a favorite things pattern (little hip skirts) from Sew Thankful








The yellow fabric zoe chose......it has white little ballerinas and the under layer white dots on brown fabric. The skirt was made to match the shirt she wears it with. A thrilled twirly girl!!
