Seven Arrows Herb Farm

I was down at Seven Arrows herb farm yesterday teaching a workshop on medicine making. We made salves and syrups, glycerites and cordials, creme and honeys. Check out the color of the salve! St John's Wort, Calendula and Arnica set in beeswax, What a gem of a place tucked away on the Rhode Island border in Attleboro MA. A beautiful plant nursery, an herb store (of the best kind), a tea room and the owners upbeat and bubbly, They are hosting many great classes this sesaon so if you are in the area CHECK THEM OUT!! They are also hosting the "Northeast Grassroots Community Herbal Convergence" the weekend of Oct 14-15.

Meanwhile Zoe stayed with friends nearby.........she spent the day at the Providence Children's Museum I have a special interest in "Children's Museums" as I am in the process of opening a Children's Art Museum here in Shelburne Falls, we open in two weeks!!!

They also spent time on the beach collecting shells and playing. Sounds like they too had a GREAT day!
