Last week Simmy (from the super blog Echoes of a Dream )and her family visited on their way up to Vermont. We spend a memorble 12 hours first dining outdoors and sharing our food with the numerous mosquitoes! and then had breakfast at our local joint and ended our visit at the lake.
I know we will all meet again!! Hope the rest of your travels are great!

What an eerie picture to come upon. I grew up spending my weekends and summers seven miles from Elmer's in Plainfield. It's been 11 years since I have lived in the east but my family and I are heading back in two weeks. Not to the hilltowns them selves but to Bennington. Still I have already made a date to go to the Ashfield Festival with a friend. The picture has left a permament smile on my face.
